Cristyn
Chartered Accountant & Director
Cristyn started her career as a Police officer but changed to accounting over 25 years ago whilst raising a young family. She is a Chartered Accountant and has a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance. Cristyn has worked as the CFO of a listed biotech company and numerous privately held global SMEs ranging from manufacturing to professional services. Working with small business and coming up with better ways to achieve outcomes keeps her passionate about work.
Outside of work Cristyn’s favourite time is spent with family and friends on her small farm in Grose Wold with the horses, dogs and chooks and vege gardens.

Tom D
Chartered Accountant & Director
Tom has a Bachelor of Business from UTS and is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience as an accountant, analyst, and business advisor. He started his career at KPMG in Sydney and has worked in companies including Commonwealth Bank, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Lion Nathan along with various small businesses in Australia, Canada, UK and Spain.
Tom lives locally on the Northern Beaches. He is a lover of the outdoors and his favourite hobbies include; surfing, skiing, yoga and mountain biking.
He has a laid back approach with a passion for helping others to achieve their goals.
